Student Withdrawal Request Form
In order to begin the withdrawal process, a parent or guardian must complete this withdrawal request form We recommend discussing your withdrawal request with your PEC before completing the form. 

Tuition payments are calculated based on the total number of courses enrolled in and/or completed in addition to the “Withdrawal Date” which is the electronic imprint date and time on the form submission. Any form submission with imprint time after 5 pm Pacific Time will be considered as received on the next business day.  

*Please review our withdrawal policies, including payment obligations, in our Enrollment and Tuition Policies.
*Withdrawing your student does not exempt you from remaining tuition payments.
